Beef chuck and spinach.
Pre-heat a large pan and add a couple of tablespoons of olive oil. Pan-sear the beef roulade on all sides, and once done place in an oven-proof dish. Add red wine and vegetable stock until quarter of the dish is filled up. Place in a preheated oven for 1 hour 30 minutes and let rest for 30 minutes before serving.
