DIB will be hosting a one-off dinner collaboration with the talented Orçun Idiz – Sous Chef at the internationally acclaimed Six Senses resort in Kaplankaya Bodrum, Turkey. The event will feature a variety of specially-prepared dishes from both Chef Idiz and DIB, paired with a selection of wines. Guests will enjoy a unique taste of Aegean cuisine, inspired by Turkish and Southern European culture.

Chef Idiz has received training under Michelin star chefs including the likes of Luca Zecchin, Walter Ferretto, and Walter Eynard. He now has over 15 years experience in the culinary world. We are particularly excited for this special event since Chef Idiz shares our passion for creating rich flavourful meals using sustainable and fresh ingredients.
