Timpana (Baked Pasta)

Ingredients

Flour, salt, butter, pork mince, corned beef, onions, peas, carrots, tomatoes, eggs and grated Pecorino cheese.

Cooking Instructions

Brush the timpana with 2 egg yolks and cook in a 180°C pre-heated oven for 1 hour 20 minutes.
