Torta tal-Gbejniet (Traditional farm-style sheep cheeselet pie)
Serves 6 to 8
Flour, salt, butter, pasteurised sheep cheese and eggs.
Brush the pie with 2 egg yolks and cook in a 180°C pre-heated oven for 1 hour 20 minutes.
